    Over the weekend, I noticed that my radon system was not operating correctly and so I called the office of the company that installed the system just after 8am on 9/8/2025. No one answered and so I left a detailed messaged with instructions to call me to back. At around 12pm, 4 hours after my original call, I called again to check if I missed a message about their business not being open on Mondays. And which time, and to my surprise, a woman answered and I joked that I thought they were not in the office today, due to not getting a return call. The woman said in a rude tone, "No we're open, but I haven't gotten around to call you." I questioned her tone and reminded her that I was a return customer and made the comment, "that I might have to call someone else if this how you're going to respond."At which time, the woman said "then go ahead" and hung up the phone. I'm not sure why my call was not returned... having an issue with a radon system to me is important as if effects everyone living at the residence and requires action... Totally unprofessional and I will not be using their service or recommending their service.
