    I hired this business to renovate my small main bath ranch bathroom. The demo started 9/8 ($910), demo finished 9/9 ($840), floor prepped for tile ($280). 9/10-9/12tile work for a contractor he hired ($2,400). I had to pay an additional $1,100 directly to the tile guy for tile work he did on 9/13 & 9/14. We were told we could use the shower & walk on the floor my our contractor on Tuesday 9/16. The floor had loud creaking with tile giving underfoot. I took a video contacted him immediately. To make a very long story short he said the floor could be braced from underneath. Went to my house the next day called & said nothing could be done, blocking wouldn't work my house was old it creaks & that floors have some give to ************ normal. I said are you kidding me there is nothing that can be done & he said "nope" At this point I asked him to stop work because I didn't trust him. I asked for his insurance information he absolutely refused. I have been asking almost daily since that ********** adamantly refuses. This morning he told me he called his insurance company last Tuesday & let them know what was going on & sent *************** would contact me if they felt like a claim needed to be made. I had a new guy come out & look at the ********** was not glued & there were not enough screws. I have pictures & a video. I also have our text messages. This is our main bathroom & the floor needs to be redone.i have paid him $4,780 & the tile guy he hired $1,100. I tried attaching the video of the creaking & it wont attach. It will not let me attach the pictures?
