I purchased a dtf printer a month ago. They had strict rules to download software and ink. The company serval times gave me the wrong link to download the software. After two weeks of emails going back and forth, they connected to my computer and install the software. I then had to contact them to learn how to fill the ink to the machine. I was on the phone with the company from 10:30am to 3pm. The reason is the ink was not going into the lines. The tech did several ink chargers and nothing. I was informed I need to do it manually, which I did. The ink was in the lines. The tech did several nozzle and printhead testing. When it came time to do a test print, only black ink was coming out. The tech told me how to clean the machine. I did as instructed. He then did another ink charge. Nothing only black ink. I was informed I need a new print head. They told me I had to take a part the machine. I told them I was not comfortable doing so. They gave me videos which even the tech in the video said he was having a hard time taking the piece out. I get the new printhead overnight. I watched the videos of how to install. I get an email once the printhead is installed to run an ink charge so we can do a test print to see if all the colors would come out. I did that and then I received a message report saying error fatal error. I contacted them again and showed them the report. They told me to clean the strip. I did and no dirt or ink on it. They told me to start the machine and video it. I did the two flashing lights were on again. They noticed now the ribbon is not tight enough. They told me I need to open the machine again, take out the printhead and line up the ribbon. I am not a handyman I told them. I tried taking the piece out that I had a hard time before doing and guess what the piece broke. I sent him a photo of the broken piece. I asked him now what no reply. I have all emails.
