I am very disappointed in the poor conditioned vehicle we purchased from them in October 2022.We saw a 2014 ***** Equinox with ****** miles for $16,990 on their website. My ******** went and looked at it, took it for a test drive. Everything appeared to be in check. I did notice however, the entire underneath of the vehicle was painted with black substance of some sort. I thought it was protective spray.When starting the process of purchasing the vehicle, the salesman, ********************* tried to sell the vehicle to us for $19K. We told him thats not what the website said and he proceeded to tell us that theyve been meaning to change the price on their website and that $19K was the price.My wife and I then told him we werent interested. He tried to come down on the price, but not to the amount that was advertised. We said the only way we were buying that vehicle is for the price they had advertised on their website.After some back and forth conversations we eventually bought it for the price on the website ($16,990).Within 7 days of purchasing the vehicle, my wife, cleaned out a rather large amount of dust, dirt and debris from the air conditioning vent.During that winter, in February/March, the battery had to be replaced. Several months later, in July, the front sway bars had to be replaced.Just recently, 8/25/2023, less than a year of purchase, the vehicle did not pass state inspection. The shocks are leaking, the underneath is all rusted (***** crumbling off), both rocker panels need to be replaced, the battery is reading low again and it needs a rear wheel alignment.All of this in less than a year (and only ****** miles on it) from purchasing it! It appears they was intent to cover up some of these mechanical defects, such as the rusted undercarriage/rocker panels, looking to make a large profit. It is such a shame for people to take advantage of good honest hard working individuals like my wife and I. We are very shocked & upset.
