    June 26, 2023 loan was approved for solar project through All solar energy solutions. Approximately weeks later the solar panels were delivered to the house, within 2 weeks a couple guys from All solar showed up and started the installation, job was completed in early October, and that's when the headaches began! At this point I reached out to ***************************(Master electrician/owner) about the interconnection agreement with CMP. I was directed to call CMP and have them set it up, upon contacting CMP they required a Certificate of completion from the electrician, along with a pass/fail from local building and electrical code officers. *************************** kept trying to state that all is well and it definitely is not. I have been working with CMP interconnection department directly along with customer service from the ********************** panel manufacturer, and ***** was lying to us all with a straight face. After 2 months of emails ***** finally deleted his email and has been out of touch since. I have also reached out to my local municipality electrical and building code office, and they have no record that *************************** nor any entity from All Solar Energy Solutions made any attempt to acquire any permits what so ever! At this point I have no way of knowing weather or not the system meets code or not! This is the kind of contractor that deserves NO license!!! And needs to pay restitution!

    I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint.  My only means of contact is through the finance company and the solar panel manufacturer customer service, All ********************** will not take our calls and *************************** has deleted his email address that we had.  Recently he informed the finance company Mosaic,  that all paperwork has been submitted to CMP.   I contacted CMP interconnection department,  they have no record of any attempt.   They are also trying to get in touch with ***** at All Solar.

    my wife and I entered into a contract with All Solar ************** on 8/19/23 for a solar array for our home in ************. We sent them a deposit of $8108.10. Since then we have had nothing but delays and no communications from them. As of Oct. 13th two months after signing the contract CMP had not received our application for there approval. All solar said they sent in the application as soon as they received our deposit. After I called All solar about it 2 days later CMP had the application amazing. Since mid Oct. we again have no communications, call after call no response from emails or no call backs. My wife and I have been doing a little research on this company and we found is others with the same complaints we are having.Delays no call backs and lies.We have lost complete confidence in this company at this point, so we don't want to continue with this company. We expect a refund of our deposit minus the limited work that has been done.We are wating to hear from them when we can expect our refund.

    09/22/2022 They told me that my solar system would be installed first week of April. Since then they told me weather delays and now material on back order. I would like to have my system installed or a $7560.00 refunded so that I may hire a new contractor.

    signed contract in november 2022 to have solar install on my roof sent in deposit of $8428.20. work started may 2023 and finished July 20 2023. i fill out all paperwork that was sent to me and returned. i made the final payment on July 22 for $17,111.80.The contract states the contractor will furnish the permits, material , labor equipment, tools and and electrical wiring. I call CMP about when the net metering would start and they said the paperwork was never filed.the contractor has stoped answering my call or emails

    I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint.

    I did hear from the contractor on 8-21-23 and he said he was not ignoring me and that he was working with CMP. That is the first time i have heard from him since i filed the complaint. On 8-23-23 i contacted CMP and they sent me paperwork to fill out. I am still waiting for the contractor to do his part.
