I tried to update an app on my iPhone. The app will not update because I needed to provide a billing card. I contacted Apple support and found that I had a subscription that I wasnt aware of and they would not renew my app account until the balance is paid despite the fact, I told him I didnt order it. The service of Apple was rude and condescending.

On 11/2/22 between 10:35-10:40 AM I brought in 3 winning scratch off tickets worth $11 total to cash in towards my purchase at the Big Apple store in *********, **. I bought $40 in ****, 2 bottles of water ($2.32), a pack of crackers ($1.19), 2 powerball tickets ($6) and 4 scratch off tickets ($16). The total tax was $0.19. A total of $65.70. I was charged $76.70. They CHARGED me for my winning tickets worth $11 instead of crediting me. So not only did I not get my $11 winnings, they charged me $11. They owe me a total of $22 (the $11 they erroneously charged me plus the $11 for my winning tickets they never credited me). I went back to the store with my receipt when I realized what they had done. I was told I had to wait for the manager to return. I waited over 45 minutes after being told "the manager would be right back". I left my name and number and asked for the manager to please call me when they returned so that I could get this rectified. They never called me. I'm extremely frustrated with this as they made an error and have failed to rectify it. I just want the $22 that is owed to me.

7/23/21 My question or complaint as it may be. Was just curious as to how much one has to spend to be able to break a $100 dollar ****. I just tried spending $70 dollars in one of your So. Port. Stores and was told they did a cash drop and could not cash.I don't understand why you would give up a $70 sale. Seems to me like bad business.
