The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. The business states that if the reservation is cancelled within 60 days of the arrival date, the 50% deposit is forfeited. If the reservation is cancelled within 30 days of arrival date, there is no refund. If cancellation is made outside of 60 days, a 10% total room charge is forfeited.
