    "On March 30,2024 I called zoom drain for a sump pump replacement She said I would have to pay a 250 Dollar emergency fee which was fine The tech replaced my old sump pump with a 2/3 horse power pump in less than one hour and charged 830 dollars The pump installed cost 250 at most and the rest was for one hour of labor Which equals 580 dollars for one hour of labor The tech took advantage of my older age and over charge me to the tune of 330 dollars which I he knew I was elderly and price gauged me to the tune of 330 dollars I plan on filling a complaint with the BBB in REMOVEDand taking the company to small claims court and will ask the court to make the company accountable to and find the company guilty of price gouging an elderly man because they had me over a barrell and took advantage of me simply because they good. That is not the way REMOVEDfamily businesses do business If you need plumbing assistance call REMOVEDplumbing which is a father and son REMOVEDbusiness that does excellent work at a fair price I hope the court and the REMOVEDBBB can agree with me and make zoom drain to refund at least $330 dollars that they over charged me just because they could." ...
