My family and i were looking at houses, we thought we found the right one. home partners of america and one of the realtors named ***** was helping us. we had told him that we cant afford alot but we need a bigger house for our family. he said its based off our income and credit. he did everything by email, we paid the 1st and 2nd months rent 11/04/2021 for $5820 but couldnt move in until january 2nd. because we were short ( $2550.), they helped us out, i met *** (from home partners of america) at the bank to get the money. i then went inside the bank to wire the money to REALtech Title, LLC. We were not informed how much the house payment (rent) was until after we paid the deposit (1st and 2nd months rent). our income together does not meet $2680 a month rent, there is no way we qualify for a house payment of $2680. We have 5 children ages from 11-4yrs. enclosed is a copy of all paperwork i signed, feel free to contact me and keep me informed anytime. they are pressuring us that we have to move in and pay rent 72 hours before january 2nd 2022.
