    We purchased all of our kitchen appliances in late 2018 from Central Appliance in ******* when building our new house. The brand for all the appliances is ********. It was highly recommended by the sales guy. We we told they were an upgrade from the standard builder grade appliances, but because I'm a big cook I was ok with upgrading and spending the bulk of our kitchen budget on "nicer" appliances. What a mistake! We have had nothing but issues with every single appliance since over the last 4yrs. We've already had to replace our dishwasher, because when it died and the Cen. App repairman came out he basically said it was silly to spend the $ to fix it when we could buy a new one for the same amount. Shortly after moving into the new house, the fridge was leaking. We had to have CA send another repairman out. The leak ruined part to of the wood floor and we had to pay out of pocket to get that fixed. Now the ice make on the fridge is broken. We are either on the 3rd or 4th time the oven has needed to be repaired over the last 4 years. We just had a CA repairman here on 11/3/23 to replace the ignitor and as of 1/18/24 the oven hasn't been working for nearly 2 weeks. We were told the only person who could fix it was on vacation. Now he's back and was supposed to come yesterday, but then they canceled saying they needed to order the part and would come today. Today, a few hours before they were due to show up, we got a call saying the part wasn't in and they would have to come next week! Mind you we have been charged $170 every time a repair person has needed to come out. We were told we wouldn't be charged for this oven repair. (woopie de doo!) We prefer to support small, local businesses, and in return expect good customer service that we wouldn't get from a big box store. We should be given a replacement oven or at least get an apology from a store manager. I'll never buy from this store and I would caution anyone considering them don't!
