*******************, owner of One Call Does It All, was contracted to complete work at my house as part of the purchase of my home. The funding for this work is held in an account managed by the **** RD program. *** was given explicit instructions on how and when to submit bills for payment but chose not to follow that process and instead attempted to bill for work that had not been completed. When I questioned him about this, he began to threaten and harass me. During the time he was working on the home repairs, a tree fell on one of my skylights and shattered it. I asked if hed be interested in picking up that job as well. He said he would and came to my house to meet the insurance adjuster to determine what repairs were needed for the window. This happened prior to the incorrect billing of the other items. Once it became clear he was simply trying to take advantage of me, I informed him I would not be hiring him to replace the broken window and would have someone else complete all other repairs. *** had a window part delivered to my house and billed me for an entire window. I told him what he had delivered was not the right item and Id be returning it. He is now threatening to take me to small claims court claiming I owe him money for a job he was repeatedly told he was not hired to complete. **** harassing and threatening behaviors have gone on long enough. As I have said multiple times, I will reimburse him the cost of items such as a dehumidifier he placed in the house and a cover he built and placed over the broken window but that is all I owe him for.
