      9/12/2024 - I received estimate #**** for $24,816 (itemized list: 5'x8" foundation wall labor and concrete = $11,552, #4 Rebar = $1,824, Floor concrete and labor = $3,840, Cut & seal floor = $300, Formed floor = $800, Excavation for both pieces = $6,500)10/16/24 - Mike Paul Foundations started excavation, forming and pouring vertical foundation walls.10/24/24 - Text from **** **** "I'll be sending the invoice for the wall and excavation shortly. I'll need that today. The slabs will be poured next week and I'll invoice for those then.10/24/24 - My text reply "Thanks! I'll pay it this afternoon"10/24/24 - I received his invoice for $22,376 which included $2,500 for "extra sand/pipe/labor 10/24/24 - I gave **** a check for $22,376 which he successfully cashed.10/31/24 - In response to my text asking for his timeline:**** **** replied "It'll be next week. I'll have a definite day today."11/5/24 - My text to **** "Good morning, Please let me know what day the slabs are getting poured. My shed installer is getting really impatient..."11/7/24 - My text to **** "Hi ****, just checking in regarding the final piece of your work, the slabs?"11/11/24 - My text to **** "Good morning ****, I'm utterly confused why the end of my project has come to a complete standstill with no communication from you."11/11/24 - Reply from **** "The plan is this week"11/13/24 - From **** "It'll be next week"**** NEVER GOT MY SLABS POURED and I texted him 1/2/25 to get on his spring schedule 4/9/25 - I texted **** "Good morning ****! Hope you had a nice winter.... I'd like to get on your schedule for mid-May to get my slabs poured"4/9/25 - ****** reply "You got it"5/19/25 - My text to **** "Hi ****, just checking to see when you have me on your schedule to get project finished?"5/20/25 - ****** reply "I'll know later today. Meeting my floor guy"I continued to reach out via text on 5/29/25, 6/2/25, 6/3/25 6/5/25 - I called **** - he said the week of 6/16/25 6/20 NO SLABS no contact

      I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint. I have called and left polite messages as well as sent texts to **** **** / Mike Paul Foundations and he has not responded.
