On Thursday, 8/25, around 11:30 am, there was a stranger dog by the Tamarijn pool area who came close to us while we were walking looking for food, came closer to my daughter, who had a muffin in her hand; therefore, we had to throw it to him. Then I left the place with my three kids to our room on **** -2nd floor, and about three minutes later; we found the dog in the front of our room. We had to ask the cleaning lady to call security to keep the dog away as it is not safe for the kids to get closer to a street dog. While going down the stairs with my kids, the dog started to chase, attack and run after my 14 years son. My son had to run for his life so fast, terrified, down the stairs going on the beach sand toward the pool area to avoid the dog attack. The dog scratched his toe, and kicked him in his back leg. In the minute, I had to throw some rocks to get the dog attention. so he can leave my son alone. The incident should be recorded in the hotel camera. Then we headed to the bar next to gym area, and her is the dog again who tried to attack us one more time. My son had to him on the table then the dog start to go after another lady in the beach scratching her .The lady was staying in ************* - ****. The bar lady called security; we reported the incident to the protection by the gym area, and they told us they would level it up and get back to us.We checked back with the front desk in Tamarijn on 8/26, but unfortunately, the security didnt report to them. The response from the front desk manager- *****, and the front desk staff responses was unprofessional . We didnt feel safe as she said there was no control over any street dog coming to the facility.She told us someone from the security management would reach out to us. I requested a cancellatione
