    This is the worst bank when it comes down to withdrawing money. I sold my stocks and try to remove it to another bank account under my name 2 days ago. ** rate was guaranteed so I needed it by this morning. I got an email saying the request needs extra verification which I understand. I called in and provided all information. Person who helped me, ******, said she will make sure wire to get there asap. 10 min ago, I got a call from her and wire needs another verification (2 piece of IDs) in person and I am about to go to the bank but wire will not go out and I will miss the ** rate. Here are excuses the bank provided 1. It is large amount - 300K 2. I never withdraw before I believe Merrill is the bank for who 1. Only have small amount of money in the account 2. Make withdraws regularly While I am writing this review, I noticed my account is blocked. I am going to go a branch to provide IDs. I also plan to close all my accounts with ******************** and BofA (I believe they are the same) as this is not how I want to be treated.They should tell me in the first place. Not very professional Company.
