    I didnt receive mailbox keys for the first 8 months I lived here. I also didnt receive a spare key, and was promised Id get my spare key and mailbox key within the first 48 hours of moving in. I didnt. Then Saco falls charged me over $200 in lock out fees, though they never provided me my spare key. They refused to reimburse me, and argued with me saying you signed a lease stating you got two keys when they know for a fact they didnt give me one, and my neighbor is a witness and willing to write a statement. Im currently in the process of suing them, waiting on a lawyer. They didnt change my broken fire alarm for 6 months, and I gave them multiple reminders. When I got upset my fire alarm hadnt been fixed, they retaliated responding about the fire alarm, by saying they were going to give me a lease violation for having animals because I hadnt given them animal paperwork yet. They do a lot of illegal activities, and I do NOT recommend anyone renting from them.

    Stay away from Saco falls management worse people to deal with they promised me an Apt then told me I did not qualify for it STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS
