    The week of 4/1/2025 Tilson Technology bored a new fiber line in the alley behind my house. On 4/7/2025 my sewer started backing up in my yard. So I called a sewer guy to come address the situation, he was unable to make it thru the plug. He then ran a camera with a locater down the sewer line and traced it to the spot where Tilson bored the fiber line. Tilson then came and exposed my sewer line at the plumbers locate and found there new fiber line running right thru the middle of my sewer line. Tilson then promptly made arrangements to fix my sewer. The supervisor on duty for the project was present during repairs. I spoke to the supervisor about being reimbursed for the cost of the plumber to come out and assess the situation. The supervisor told me what info I needed to provide for the reimbursement and I provided the info that day. I was told by the supervisor that I would be reimbursed with in a few days to a week. I then waited 2 weeks without receiving a check, I called the supervisor to see what was going on, left a voicemail and got no response. I waited another week and tried to call the supervisor again, left another voicemail and again got no response. I then went on Tilson's website and filed a claim there and that day the supervisor called me back to explain that claim got filed wrong but he had it fixed and a claims adjuster would call me within 24 hrs. I waited another week without a response from the claims adjuster before going on the website and filing another claim. Finally on 4/30/2025, a claims analysts sent me an email with the reimbursement paperwork which I printed and filled out and returned it the same day. On 5/1/2025 I received an email stating that my claim was processed and I would receive a check in 7-10 business days. On 5/21/2025 I called the claims analysts to see why I had not received a check yet, left a voicemail and got no response. On 5/28/2025 I tried to call the claims analysts again, voicemail and have not gotten a response

    I received a phone call from Tilson on May 30th. They said they were checking into what was going on with my check and that they would calle again no later than June 2nd! They have not called again and issue is still not resolved!

    Please help me resolve it!
