      My FSA card is currently on hold because they are refusing to read my receipts. The first time I submitted my dental receipt they denied my claim and said I didn't get them a receipt even though it was attached on the file they denied. I re-submitted my receipt and then they denied it saying my dependent wasn't covered, I re-submitted again with all of the paperwork proving my husband is covered as my dependent by my dental insurance and also covered on the Wex account, and then they denied it again saying my purchase isn't covered by the *** which what does that have to do with anything. I have pictures of everywhere of their site it says it covers dental I had my dentist reprint the receipt along with a word by word of what the procedure they did (they've never even heard of a dental claim being denied) and now they are denying me again saying they don't have a recipt AGAIN. This company needs to be shut down or sued as this is beyond inappropriate denying medical coverage when it's clearly listed as a covered service. Are their employees trained to lie about receiving receipts and not reading them? There's no reason that every time I prove this is a claim that is covered by them they make up different excuse to keep my account locked, so much so they have circled back to the original denial of saying they don't have a recipt which I have now submitted three times.

      I would like to have this company unfreeze my FSA account. They are requesting an itemized receipt, which I sent, but no one reads it. There should be a civil lawsuit against this company. FSA account is being denied payment to a legitimate health company. And now, they are putting a hold on my FSA account until I pay them for a legitimate health provider payment. Just another way to show the government doesn't care. I can purchase a massage gun from their website, but I can't pay for my CPAP machine with the same FSA account: just a clown show, a big company playing with our health and FSA health money.

      DO NOT FACTOR WITH WEX!!!! You have been warned. We have been with them a year. We did not see the 60 day clause or it would automatically renew. As soon as I found out I mailed a signed letter like it specifies. We gave them a 30 day notice since we did not know. We had also emailed to let them know about this that we did not want to renew. They ignored me until 1 day before automatically renewing and they refused to let us out of the contract wanting to charge us 30 plus thousand to get out of the contract a contract that had not renewed yet. The fee they gave was to be paid to early terminate the contract yet it had not renewed yet. They are theives. This is how they stay in business they charge a fee to early terminate a contract that is not even renewed. They do not respond to emails and never answer phone calls unless you are trying to stop using their company then they will respond. They buy your invoices do not stay on top of the company who needs to pay them those invoices so they can keep a bigger percent pay since the other company pays late and when x amount of days pass they stop trying even though they never tried to reach the other company and tell you they will charge back the money from you and make you reach out to the companies and when the copanies pay instead of giving you back the money they charged back they put the money in reserves so you do not have your money. They are DIRTY company that is only out there to take from you any way they can find. DO NOT FACTOR WITH WEX THEY WILL ONLY FIND A WAY TO TAKE YOUR MONEY and just so you know I do not even give them 1 star

      I have been trying for month to cancel an account that was never authorized. I've emailed and faxed so that everything would be in writing. Never a response, except the next statement would show some kind of adjustment. Then the next statement would come with finance charges for more that the original invoice. Today, I received a notice from them that the account is being terminated because it does not meet WEX Bank internal approval guidelines which makes it look like WE did something wrong. We never paid a dime, but this has take way too much of my time!

      Someone signed up for a fleet card under my name and my company name. The company did not verify any information validating the application. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. They sent the credit cards and billing statements to a different address. But, they say that we owe them almost $4,000. They won't send me the statements so I can see where the charges were made, even though the police department has requested them.They have reported us to all credit bureaus and won't remove the report.They are liable for this and sending out active credit cards should not only be immoral it should also be illegal.

      I have been trying to transfer funds and close my account for over 6 months now. No one knows what they are doing, their technology is outdated, and they are all too happy to hold on to my money. TERRIBLE

      Worse gas company weve ever dealt with. Please stay away from them. I dont even want to give them one star!
