Turn Key Homes built our house in ********************* Maine, it is under warranty till June of 2022 ************ seems to get annoyed every time we call them for information and clarifications regarding the house. We have a few complains and they did nothing to resolve these issues. They always say "we tried to fix it and we are not doing anything moving forward"FIRST, they installed a wrong countertop, they refuse to replace it and said we just picked out the wrong color, later on we learned that the color we picked was out of stock hence they just decided to used whatever is convenient on their end. SECOND, we requested a specific thing to be done with the garage to suit our needs and after agreeing verbally while we are under transaction with them, they did a totally opposite thing upon delivery, and just inform us that there is nothing they can do. THIRD, when the house was turn over to us the sink had scratched and this was noted to the final walkthrough, we are expecting this item to be replaced (we didn't bought a used sink) they only tried to buff it out and claimed that they have the same sink in their homes and basically I need to deal with it as it's going to get scratches in the long run anyway, so basically they are telling me why bother. FOURTH, the water heater system is not working, it only produced 10minutes of hot water for showering and when we complain they make up all excuses in the world and finally says "The unit was working as designed as per manufacturer specs. (I've never seen a water heater system that will only work for 10minutes) so unfortunately this item is defective and they don't want to replace it or fixed it either.I sent a final email to them stating all my concerns and they only address the specific things they wanted to talk about and basically the rest is being ignored.
