      I booked with this property and the upon arrival and check in there were several problems, but the biggest one was the fabric softener use. I have a severe allergic reaction to that. I advised the front office person after calling a phone number because no one was on site. I asked for fresh sheets without softner. I was advised they do not have those. I asked if my sheets could be washed. I was told no. I asked if she could buy me new sheets, I was told no. I asked if my room could be cleaned, i was told no. They had no solution for me at all. I had no choice but to leave the property and stay elsewhere because of my allegric reaction. I requested a refund and was told no. Even though I did nothing wrong. The room was NOT stayed in. They did not offer any solution. I booked through *******, and the listing was extremely deceptive. as you see the attached ad, my room was NOT that. It had no kitchen, couch etc. Heres a detailed breakdown of the issues:The entire property is saturated with heavy fabric softener sheets, towels, curtains, pillows, mattress covers everything.They offer no solutions to problems. Their only responses: "Nothing we can do" and "No refunds."The tubs are filthy, with brown, dirty non-slip appliqus that are never ************* metal rods and luggage racks are rusted, posing a safety risk, especially for children.Decorative pillows on the beds are not washed at all, visibly stained with bodily fluids. They refuse to replace or clean bedding or towels, regardless of the request.Very few plugs in the room; they use an extension cord for the fridge (a fire hazard and a code violation).Windows are filthy, and paint is peeling a concern for children Outdoor chairs are filthy and never cleaned.Bed throws are never washed

      I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint. The last time we spoke to business was at the property the night we checked in and checked out. I attempted again to resolve in person with her but she had no resolution for me at all. That is why I filed the complaint because if I'm allergic to something and I cannot stay in a hotel room and I paid almost 700 dollars for then what am I supposed to do? They offered no solution at all.
