      I ordered brass cafe curtain rods and spent good money them. I received my order but the wall mounts did not work, one side was for a slip mount, the other were for a threaded. But neither end of the brass rods were threaded. I reached out to ******* with an email explaining what happened. She responded with one sentence, one end of the rods are threaded. I guess she didnt read clearly so I responded with, neither side of the rods are threaded and could she please send another pair of the slip mounts. No response. This was over a year ago. I reached out again last month. Nothing. Then I wrote again, this time asking her to make this right and she finally responded with Ill have those mounts out in the morning. Its been three weeks and nothing. I wrote her back, nothing. Whats wrong with her?? Does she not care about her business?? I cant use these curtain rods that I spent too much money on in the first place. Im an interior designer and will NEVER use this company again.

      Placed a 2k order well over a month ago. Order was confirmed but no other communication has been made. I have sent 4 emails and have yet to receive any response. Should have read the reviews prior to ordering. Lack of communication and untimely deliveries seem to be standard procedures with Pepe and Carols.

      I placed an order Aug. 8, 2024. At the time of the order I acknowledged that it would take about 5-6 weeks for order to be completed and shipped. It has now been 8 weeks and still nothing. I first reached out few weeks ago requesting an update. Took two emails before I received back a response that item would be done in 3-5 days time and then shipped. That was two weeks ago. I've since emailed 3 more times with no response back. I have spent over $660. I don't understand the lack of communication and acknowledgement especially since you've taken someone's money for your goods and services and have not delivered on it. We have been so excited to receive these products to place in our home and now I'll have to search elsewhere. I appreciate these are hand made, but if you can't manage a business then please don't offer services. I would like a refund if the goods aren't shipped out. They should be made and completed by now. It's End Rails and Bars. There is no other way of contacting this business outside of email. I'm at a loss for both time and money. What a disappointment!

      Total scam. I spent $2k on shelving brackets and paid for expedited manufacturing and shipping and I never received (now over 6 months ago). They wont respond! This business should be shut down.

      Reporting this company. Ordered fulll electrical for a home four months ago, and they have never delivered, or even gotten back to **. Do not order from this company. It is a scam, and has cost us thousands of dollars.

      I read the other reviews with a sinking heart as my experience is exactly the same as everyone's below. I ordered in October, had my card charged and have not heard anything from them, nor have they responded to any of my emails. I have had such good luck in the past supporting small businesses, but should have dug deeper on this one. The fact that they are no longer on Etsy, and do not allow comments on their instagram should have been my first clue. I'm opening a fraud investigation into this business through my credit card.

      I'd prefer to give 0 stars to this business, but I have to give one to post my review. We purchased over $600 in lighting + accessories from this business. They have charged our card and we have yet to receive any product. The order was placed back in September and it is now November and we have no tracking information, no product and have had a VERY hard time getting in contact with the Pepe and Carols team. I too am a small business, and still make the time to update my customers on the status of their orders. As far as I can tell this is not a legit business, there is no phone number and the only way to reach them is to email ******* who does not respond to emails or provide any product update other than "shipping *************** soon is not answer when I've been waiting 2 months for product that I have paid in full for. If they would just contact me and say "hey sorry for the delay you can expect your order on "X" date" then I'd have no issue. But the blatant disregard for another US based small business is frankly infuriating. I will be disputing this charge on my credit card as I must take the last of communication as a signal that this business is no longer in operation.

      Dealing with the same old story from this supplier. My cabinet supplier - Chase - Ordered brass gallery rails and were told they would ship in a week then ghosted. Then label created but no shipment. This is a scam to float money. Do not buy from them. She uses a lot of excuses but has no issue responding timely to sales inquiries but will then ghost you once you have paid. Its a fraud business and should be called out as such. Deliberately misleading customers is illegal.

      I placed my order on July 24 and still have not received it. I emailed ******* many times and she occasionally responds with promises of "next week". First the problem was they moved. Then on of the shades had a small crack. Lately, she does not respond. ************ promptly charged my credit card $406.00 the moment I placed the order. I was still hoping to receive the lights, but once I read the reviews here I realized everyone was describing the same problem. I will go to my credit card to dispute the charge. Too bad!

      Hi, I understand the frustration with the delay in the order but when we did move I did not expect it to cause the delays that it did, or the damage to the glass shade. I did let you know that they were ready to ship today so you would have early next week but you decided to cancel. That was instantly cancelled with the credit applied to your card. I am sorry again for all the delay but we are only two people in a growing business with some unexpected delays. We are working on that. Thanks, *******

      The bar railings I ordered are beautiful, but I emailed them to replace or order an extra/longer piece and no answer for weeks. The website clearly says to email ******* for any inquires or info, but nobody responds back. Now after reading all the previous reviews I wont be expecting an answer either. What a shame, their customer service does not match their products.
