Buyers Remorse Returns
We have a 30 day return policy from the date you received your order. Exchanges are not possible. A RGA number is required. There are no restock fees unless the return is over 30 days. Returns over 30 days are subject to review and acceptance and may require a restock fee of 20 to 50%. The customer pays the shipping charges on all buyers remorse returns and is responsible for any shipping damage.
Defect or Damaged Products.
Please inspect it when you receive it.We will pick-up and replace any damaged product at no cost to you for 15 days after you receive your order. In the case of broken glass or light bulbs we replace only the glass or bulb. not the whole fixture. Our manufacturers stock all the glass. Pictures are required for damaged products. We must be notified with-in 15days of receiving your order.
