    Owner *********************** was initially quite nice and reassuring that he could clear up our well water. Its a tough job for sure as a few other companies had tried without success. But after over a year of trial and error we still have horrible tasting and red colored water despite thousands of dollars in new filters and labor costs. The biggest reason for this review though is that it became increasingly hard to get a reply from *****. Texts starting in mid October 2022 were only answered today 2/16/23. Our last plan/idea from last October was to try a chlorine filter to clear up the water. The verbal agreement at the time was just over 2K and he even want so far as to offer: if that doesnt work Ill refund you to which I said thats more than fair, Ill still pay the labor. Fast forward to today again after multiple attempts to contact *****, he offered to have someone come by next week to check things out. I reminded him about the chlorine filter and he said that the price now would be $2850.00!When I asked about the reason for the price difference admitted that he cant remember what the price would have been back then but that prices have been steadily increasing. I pressed him for a better explanation since I had been trying to get this filter installed for almost 4 months. All I got was I guess on a positive note its cheaper than the ** filter system would have been. Have the texts to back up all of this.
