    DO NOT HIRE THIS CONTRACTOR! I reached out to ***** in May of 2024 for a project. He did not complete the project and did not begin work until September 2024. He kept putting it off, saying his sub-contractors were too busy. He then had the subcontractors come and do the job and refused to pay them for their time. I gave him almost 90% of the project's funds in September 2024. He apparently went and spent the money on his wife, taking her on a luxurious vacation. His subcontractors did their best to finish the job, working with me personally. ***** is a ***** and even admitted to his subcontactors that he would need a "real job" to actually pay for their time because he spent the money from multiple projects. NEVER work with this man.

    We hired this company to build an addition to our home. We paid them a deposit of 5 percent of the estimated project cost in April 2024. The deposit was required for the company to complete a formal home improvement proposal. Once we accepted that proposal the cost was to be applied to the project cost. The job was to start in June 2024. We never received a proposal from this company. No one from the company ever came to the job site. No one from the company ever met with us. No permits were obtained. No work was done. in September we asked for a refund. No refund was provided. We received no work product for the money paid.
