    I paid Website Design *** (Heath Arsenualt) $900 plus hosting fees in May 2023 to design and host the *** for my website ********************** Admissions Advising <********************************************>. The annual hosting fee was $75, which I paid in full to Website Design U.S.A. Receipt #****-4932, on Apr 22, 2024. I did not receive a renewal notice. My website has COMPLETELY disappeared with NO EXPLANATION or communication from this company. I have phoned the business number but there's a filter on it. I have emailed, texted, tried to message Mr. ********************** via ******** and ******** to no avail since May 22 of this year. I emailed on May 24 and asked to pay the annual hosting fee. I have tried multiple times. NO RESPONSE. I want to have my website reinstated, or a partial refund and all of the files, or an explanation and apology. This is unacceptable.

    I have not heard from the business, despite many many attempts to contact owner by phone, text, ********, and email.
