Paul held up the job for over a month and a 1/2 during Christmas causing me to have to fire him because he quit showing up and blamed his help after firing his help it never got any better and I had to fire Paul. I had to hire other contractors to finish all of his sheet rockwork. It cost over $6000 to have all of his work redone or repaired. I have 2 other contractors who are willing to be a witness if needed because they were delayed over Christmas which was frustrating to both of them. I also have contracts with Paul and I have contracts with other people for covering paul's work after I paid Paul. Only owed Paul $2000 when he walked out weeks early. It cost $6000 to repair what he did and to finish the house. I have also accumulated over 75 photographs of bad or incomplete work that was finished by other contractors. Paul owes me $6000 for finishing the work he never finished. I have over 75 photographs. I have 2 other contractors as witnesses who are more than willing to testify as to what had happened while they were here. I have other Signed contracts regarding having to finish Paulswork for $6000. I would be more than happy to share any and all of this with anyone who needs it.
