    **** (owner) came to our home to give us a quote for tree removal. We gave him the down payment he requested ($2,000) and he said hed be in touch about a date to schedule. Since the initial down payment throughout 2026, he has made every excuse why he couldnt come- in the hospital, wife in the hospital, employee in the hospital, etc. The last time my husband spoke to him (probably 4 months ago) he told us he was going through bankruptcy and if we kept asking for our money back, hed add us to the pile and wed never see our money again. We have never heard from him since. It was such an upsetting event, we let it go. It was clear he was never going to give us our money back. I want to make a complaint so no one else gets their money stolen by him. Thank you.

    I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint since filing this complaint.  I have not reached out to them again.  I want to warn other consumers not use this company.  The owner told me there were other customers like me who have been put into his bankruptcy pile.
