    I bought a living room set from chapter 11, one side of the couch won't recline and they brought the wrong cord for a recliner. I've called them several times and they say they will send someone to take care of it but never do.

    We bought a couch November of 2023 and were told it came with a 2 year warranty. Within a few months the couch was falling apart. So we went in and they told us they would replace it for us. 6 months later they have dragged us along with lies and are now ignoring our calls after telling us it is on its way. They are scamming people and not caring if they have to lie to make a buck.

    Cancelled the order the same day the money was paid.Made numerous calls and no resolution. When I did call the head quarters I'm put on hold or they say someone will call you back.

    Product not what was purchased. Falling apart furniture in less than 6 months. Company refuses to address or resolve issues with my self or financial company

    On March 18, 2024, I purchased 1 Canadian Glider sans ottoman with a purchase price of $499.00 plus tax (total of $527.49, tax included). The following Monday, March 25, I took a picture of the base of the right arm of the glider showing a structural crack at the base. The salesmans name was **** and he told me he would have to talk with his representative from ****** Furniture to order a replacement arm and he would get back to me. Having hot heard from ****, I called more than a week later and was told that **** was out on a family emergency but they would check and call me back. I spoke with them the following day and was told the arm had been ordered and should arrive at the store in a few days. I have called three more times to no avail and my most recent attempt )literally 30 minutes ago) resulted in my number being blocked. I have called ****** Furniture directly and was advised that this chair is not their product. At this point, since the glider is not safe to sit in and the lies and deceit have continued, I want my money back.

    I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint.  I have made several attempts to contact Chapter 11 and, IT they answer the phone (which is not often), I am told that **** or some other "manager" is working on my issue and they will have that person call me back.  NO ONE ever calls back.

    We purchase a livingroom set from Chapter 11 approx 4 months ago the sales associate said it had a 5 year warranty. We paid them and the furniture was delivered, we noticed right away that the chair was not functioning properly, we called and they said they would have to order us a new one so we texted him the information. Since then there has been no return call no reply and this has been months, I finally got someone to answer the phone **** and he said the chair was discontinued so their is no warranty. I explained to him that the salesmen told us there was and he said he would call me back later that day and again no follow up and now they will not answer my phone calls or emails. I spoke with an ****** Furniture rep and she said they are not discontinued and it is still under warranty. They also refused to give me the managers not and wont let me speak to anyone other than a salesperson.
