I asked MNM paving to seal my driveway and on August 1, 2023 at 8 am, they arrived to do the job. They sealed the driveway by using a spray method, took them about an hour. I went out to look at the driveway before they left and noticed there were two different colors light and dark and there were several lines across the driveway and you could see pooling of sealant. They tried to fix areas with a brush which made it worse and as they were trying to fix left footprints. They said it should be fine as it cured. I took pictures that night and sent to them via messenger stating the issues above, streaks, light and dark colors and brush marks. He responded stating he thought it was a bad mix and would comeback the next day to respray and never showed up, saying it was a hectic day and that his father said wait to cure 48 hours then comeback to ***** again said the mix wasnt good. We rescheduled for them to come back on August 11, 2023 at 1 pm. They did not show up, they didnt call to say why or to reschedule. I messaged them and asked for a refund and told them I would be filing a complaint to BBB and ************************ if the didnt give me a refund, again no response. I want a refund due to services not as advertised. I have seen on ******** that they had to redo driveways.not customer friendly at all. I paid them $527.00, which is a lot of money for the job that was done incorrectly and they acknowledged that.
