    I had an appointment Wednesday the 21st At ***** I was there and waiting no one was there, so I messaged Tint by russo and she texted me back at 1:11 and said she meant to call and never did. Had to reschedule for Tuesday the 27th but Tuesday didnt work for me so we agreed on today Monday 26th I was there and had her do a Tint strip and two front windows. When she was done I went to go pay her and I did I then asked why it was done differently then what we discussed and at this time I was talking to her assistant and then her assistant went to get ******* and she started raising her voice saying how she fit me and and theres not to do about it its technically illegal and your out of luck I then went to ask her about my headliner that she had ripped down and wasnt able to seems she was yelling at me so I walked out and left. The head liner in my truck is all screwed up and the tint is messed up and she wont go right on it

    Not that the customer will elaborate, I will however the 25 year old truck in question headliner had adhesion failure prior to installation. Sun strip requested originally was unable to be installed do to *************** Inspection Sticker being present in position desired. Customer removed his inspection sticker & new sun strip was installed to customers specifications. Along with his friends that was also recommended and fit in both left very happy.
