      I ordered Ceretin IQ on July 13, 2023. When it arrived, I learned my husband and I couldn't use it due to pre-existing health conditions. We paid $119.85 for it. The company offered a refund if I returned the product. I returned it on August 25. The parent company Wellness Logix never refunded my purchase, even after I made multiple phone calls to them. One rep claimed they never received my return. Another promised me a refund "in 2 weeks". That was on March 13, 2024. But I never received anything. I am frustrated and just want my money back.

      I ordered a trial membership for Certain IQ and it didn't work and I returned the shipment. I keep getting billed monthly since December (4 months at *****). I don't want the product and want to be refunded for the 4 months.

      I had placed an order August 10th, 2022 for Prostate IQ from this company. I paid in full for the product and never received it. All attempts to contact the company to receive reimbursement have been unsuccessful.

      To Whom it may concern,

       

      On August 10th 2022 ************************* made a purchase from our company Wellness Logix. At this time we were going through some structural changes. On February 8th 2023 we are able to make contact with ************ and come to the following resolution. 

      We will be issuing ************ a refund check in the amount of ****** which is the full amount of his purchase. We will be cutting this check this week and will send it out via the **** with tracking. Once we have issued the refund check we will respond to this complaint with the tracking information for the refund check. We will also follow up with ************ as discussed letting him know it is on the way. Once we have confirmation that it has been received we will follow up with him again to make sure he did receive it and that he is satisfied with the resolution.

       

      We are glad we are able to come to this resolution.
