      I placed an order for a grimburg gavel Dec 20 2024 it is now may they told me it would take 4 weeks to complete order that they were a small company I said fine no problem it's been five months no product there site says processing order

      This is true. Our machine shop failed us. We took on production ourselves and it's taken this long to get back on our feet. We have a customer service person available 5 days a week who can keep you apprised of the order status. We are finally assembling and shipping hundreds of back orders for the last month. Very sorry for the delay.

      I ordered a product from Grimburg in November of 2024 and never received it I would email them and they kept saying next week they would ship but never did. Finally got tired of the run around and ask for a refund in February of 2025 they said they would issue but its been over 2 weeks now and no refund the product was over 600 dollars and it feels like they stole my money.

      I placed an order with this company on 11/23/24 for a "Less lethal launcher" and number of accessories for it. The order total was $825.55 (includes tax). I paid for it by credit card and the charges hit the card within a few days, so the order has been fully paid for. At the time that I placed the order the company's website stated that orders placed would ship in 2-3 weeks. By 12/21/24 my order had not shipped, so I emailed their customer service department inquiring on the status of the order. They replied that they were running behind on fulfilling orders, and they expect to ship the order "sometime after the new year". By 1/12/25 my order still had not shipped and once again I emailed them, this time requesting a refund for my order. They replied that refunds are against their company policy, but they would "expedite" my order and upgrade it to a newer model of launcher. I told them that I would accept that. On 2/7/25 my order still had not shipped. So I once again emailed them asking for an order status update. They replied that orders would be shipping later that month. On 3/4/25 I emailed them again due to my order still not having been shipped. They replied that orders would be shipped the following week. On 3/18/25 I made contact once again because my order did not ship during the previous week as they stated it would. I explained that it is has been 4 months since I initially placed the order (with a 2-3 week ship time expectation) and it has become clear that they have no intentions of fulfilling my order, and I demand a refund. They now have stopped responding to my emails and I have not been refunded the $825.55.

      Purchase date May 30 2024.Grimburg shipped out to me on July 5 2024.The item was defective so I sent it back for repair on July 17 2024. **** tracking 9405803699300823736100.Grimburg shipped it back to me on July 18 2024 and It was still defective and not working.I Contacted Grimburg and they said the will refund me if I return it.I returned it to Grimburg deliveredJuly 27. **** tracking ********************** I contacted Grimburg one week after they received the Grimburg Gavle v2 Less Lethal Launcher back and they said they will begin my refund process. They also said they were deducting 15% for returning. Rediculous because the item was defective.I never got refunded, they kept my money and they kept the item.

      You were refunded earlier today and I posted a comment on your ******* video. It kind of looks like somebody paid you to do this. You trash our product and then promote another? It's a little weird. You have not contacted us since June 27th. Very sorry but sometimes things slip through the cracks. I don't even know if we received your launcher back. Nevertheless, we were funded you. Sorry it didn't work out.

      After watching a few videos on ******* I decided to purchase with GRIMBURG to get a less lethal for family protection, I ordered February 1st 2024 and after a week or so reached out to the company since I hadn't gotten any updates, I was told there policies say two weeks for shipping, I reached out again February 14th 2024 after still not having any updates and asked for a refund, I was told a manager would contact me to handle the refund (to date February 24th 2024) I still have not received any contact, however on February 15th 2024 I received a email stating the order was completed) a tricky tactic in my opinion considering there website say no returns after item is shipped UNLESS the item is defective. So.. after their trick by avoiding the refund, not being contacted by management and shipping anyways I opened the item upon delivery thinking I was (SOL) first complaint this company is even more sneaky with lack of advertisement, the less lethal pistol CAN NOT stay loaded. (Which these as sold for family protection) second there is NO SAFETY. (Dangerous)And finally I watched their video from a QR code they provided, loaded the safety device went to load the co2 chamber only for all the air to immediately come out making it so the self-protection can never be used. I watched other videos with no luck! I really feel I was conned. Bottom line I should have been REFUNDED when asked!!

      On Jan 3rd 2023 I purchased an item totaling $91.90 from Grimburg Less Lethal (*********************************) it was supposedly delivered on Jan 12th however I did not receive the package. I immediately reached out via the ************* and heard nothing back. I have called and make 4 URGENT ticket requests for the owner to contact me in how to proceed in replacing/ resolving this issue and have had zero response for over 3 weeks now. There is NO way to contact this business other than what I have done and I am beyond frustrated with no answer for over 3 weeks now. I do not know if this is a scam website or just extremely poor ownership. Either way it is unacceptable as a consumer and if I can prevent this from happening to anyone else I would like to.
