- The business policy states the invoice must accompany all returns. Only those with a minimum of three complete cartons, well-wrapped and in good condition will be accepted. All carpet, pad, and vinyl cut for a customer will not be accepted for return. No returns accepted unless approved by the manufacturer or supplier within thirty days of purchase. A thirty percent handling charge will be added on all returnable items. Northland Custom Flooring, LLC reserves the right to refuse the return, even if the above conditions are satisfied.
