              I extended a $100,000 business loan to Sweet Dirt (Northeastkind Holdings LLC, dba Sweet Dirt) on 5/7/21 for a 12-month period. In 2022 I extended the loan for another 12 months, however the company did not generate an amendment for this and so the official document still shows 5/7/2022 as the maturity date. The company CEO, ***************** *************), as well as in-house councel ***************************** *************), notified me on 4/6/23 that they would not be paying it back due to lack of funds in the company. However, they are continuing to solicit new investors even after telling me they were defaulting on my investment.
