  Twin Elements Is a scam. I ordered 5 bottles of 25 count gummies, there add showed 25 count. When I received them I got 5 bottles of 20 count little one quarter inch cubes. They only have a 30 day warrantee, 100% refund, and it took 12 days to get them. It would not of surprised me if they figured I only had 18 days left to ask for a refund. I tried them for several days and noticed nothing. I then felt this was a scam as they say Dr. **** and Dr. ** promotes them and I know that to be a LIE. Being diabetic and the cube tasted like a sugar cube, I asked by phone before the 30 days for a 100% refund to my credit card. It took several calls over a couple days before I got a person. The lady I got was hard to understand. There 100% refund in 30 days is a LIE. The first thing she offered me was 30%of the $198.70. I refused and she argued with me. After some time she came back with 40%. I again refused and then she came up with 50%. Was afraid of getting nothing, told her I was not satisfied but put 50% [$99.35] back on my card. You can get this discounted price of $39.74 if you will purchase a bundle, the more bottles more discounts you can get. The deal is $198.70 for 3 bottles so each bottle is $66.25. We are including 2 free bottles in that package so that brings the price down (divide $198.70 by 5) to $39.74 for each bottle. 
   
  We list this cheaper product price on our packages not to mislead, but to show the savings customers can have by purchasing the larger packages. We do provide the total price for each package right under the offers to avoid any confusion.

  I had to cancel my credit card because they made unauthorized recurring charges even though I canceled their subscription. I also tried their products for 3 months and it did not help with any pain reliever. So the product is not as advertised and you have to go through the trouble of getting them to stop charging you. So I highly recommend staying way from this company. Its not worth your time.

  I ordered gummies on 9/7/2023 which were supposed to aid in pain relief. Their AD stated you can be refunded in 30 days if not satisfied. When I called them on 10/7/23 I was told no refund because I had opened the bottle!!! Then I was told I had subscribed with them!! I NEVER subscribed to ANYTHING!!! They then told me they would cancel the subscription and refund me ***** of the *****!!! Today I called them again because they took out ANOTHER ***** on the SAME day they supposedly unsubscribed me!!! AND sent me another bottle of Junk!! This company is committing fraud by enrolling people without their knowledge! I want my ****** less the ***** returned immediately!!

  I've been calling and calling to ask for my money back and they keep hanging up each time. The product is unhealthy for me and I cannot use it. Total money to return to me is $248.70.
