      We recently hired Colby and Gale to install heat and hot water in our new home. They were very professional and courteous through the whole process. *** managed the project and everything was done on time. The installation crew took the time to show us how each appliance worked and did it in terms we could understand. We highly recommend this company.

      I have been using *************************** services for a while now and never realized how much I was being scammed and charged for work they never did or charged for work they did without my permission. I've had to have my truck serviced for the same issue they fixed more than one time because they have claimed to fix it but never did and charged me for the labor and parts. I got into and accident in 2022 where I was hit by another driver who was at fault, I put in an insurance claim to have the repairs done. *************************** gave me an estimate for front end repairs I needed and the parts/labor costs. I had them repair the tire rods, ball joints, all front end parts and more. They charged me for repairs I did ask for and didn't replace the parts they said they did. A few months later I had front end issues again so I went back to *************************** to see what was wrong. They told me I needed the front end parts replaced which we just did last time it was in the shop. I also had them fix my AC for an expensive price but my AC does not work. They did a state inspection on my truck to get a new sticker and it passed, and now its been a little over a month and I find out both my back break calipers are leaking, and my differential cover is leaking, but they told me it was safe to drive and passed my truck with this issue. I have had to replace 2 sets of tires because of things they did not fix. They have put my life, my passengers lives, and other drivers lives at risk. They are charging for work I didn't ask for and work they never done as well as charging me for part or services they never performed. They are corrupt and I wouldn't ever recommend them to anyone. I do have factual paper evidence and pictures to corroborate my statement. I would give them no stars but I don't have that option.
