Ms. Kay states that she attempts to locate, process all paper work and retrieve all monies owed to her clients by the Federal Government through the MMI (Mutual Mortgage Insurance) program. She asks for no advance fee for her services, however she does require a payment of 20% of all monies located by her in her cli- ents' behalf or monies recieved by them directly as a result of her work and effort.
