              My sister made reservations for all of us. Two rooms.. We stayed at the ************* on 8/19/22-8/21/22 - The cost was $300 per night.I tried speaking with the people in the front office, but did not get anywhere.The motel is completely unsafe. The stairs and the upper walkway, have soft spots in them! We were worried someone was going to fall through the floor! And the motel has NO HOT WATER! For 3 DAYS! We were told to just keep trying, because the hot water tanks can not keep up...?????We were also advised, that if we had a security issue, that is NOT AN EMERGENCY and do not contact them at night..WHAT??? This company owns approximately 30 properties and this is completely unacceptable and unsafe. They need to be shut down.
