    We had an accident with our vehicle and repairs were done by *******. As part of the repair, the fender flares were replaced on our truck - although the damage was only to the front drivers side, all 4 fender flares were replaced. This work was paid for by the insurance company. 8 months later while driving down the interstate, one piece of the front passenger fender flare flew off the vehicle - it had come unstuck from the truck. The adhesive sticking it on remains on the truck. We called *******, brought the truck over there, and they took pictures. They tried to get the insurance company to pay to repair it but the insurance company refused because it's not related to the initial accident. They are insisting that there must have been some sort of damage to have caused the fender flare to break away but there is no damage - the adhesive came unstuck from the fender flare due to improper installation. I have called and spoken to **** at Carons twice and he assured he would call me back, promising he would be in touch with me by the end of the week, August 2nd. He has not called back so today we went over there with the truck. He came out to look at it and insists they are not responsible, that it couldn't have just come off, and that we would need to speak to the insurance company about it. This is not an issue for the insurance company, this is an issue for which he is liable.
