today 10/7/2025 I was on a construction site before the field crew for webster tree service showed up. Upon their arrival they parked the car with the wood chipped directly in front of my car and began work. During the process of their work my car was damaged. A wood chip struck my windshield and caused a crack to the glass. When calling to discuss with the owner ***** ****** I was called a liar despite having definitive proof that damage had been done. Efforts to try to resolve the situation are halted, owner again called me a liar and refused to take accountability. I will have to pay out of pocket to get this fixed. submitted insurance claim to be determined on cost for fixing

Our operations didn't damage your windshield. That area was cleared by the contractor of vehicles for the work area that morning. A wood chip isn't going to chip windshield glass and besides they were blowing the chips into the truck. There was no chips on your vehicle. This vehicle you drive from ******** illegally everyday with an invalid sticker and unregistered plates. It has damages all over the hood from something that happened prior as well. The only thing to chip a windshield like that would be a rock driving down the road. Wood chips are too soft to damage glass.
