"Inappropriate unprofessional I'm a female I went for an oil change I noticed they were putting the wrong oil in my truck so I told them no I run 5w30 in it and instead of just doing what I asked I get yelled at by grown men. One comes up to my window and yells at me tells me to shut the f*** up he's been listening to me for an hour I had only been there 5 minutes and all I wanted was the oil I always run 5w30 that's it nope then he yells at me that I'm a fat f****** b**** that is verbally abusive." ...
