      Have had multiple fraudulent charges in my account. Then, someone was able to walk in to not one, but 2 separate branches, claim they were my wife, and completely wipe out our checking account. Almost 4 weeks later, investigation still pending, and we are now behind on all of our bills, including the mortgage on *** brand new home. Was initially told 7-10 business days, now being told it could take up to 90 days. Id leave 0 stars if possible. Will be moving on to a different banking institution when this ordeal resolves itself.

      TD Bank is the worst company to work for. How do you let go of an employee who's been working for the company for 2 years and passed the companys background check when they started with the company? Not having any priors while working for the company, but a random background check after 2 years again, and they let them go. With the company getting sued so much I wouldn't be surprised if they claim bankruptcy. This company don't even deserve a rating because how sorry they are!

      If you call to have your credit card cancelled you better make sure they follow through. I called to cancel my Checking Account, Savings Account and Credit Card!! They dropped the ball on canceling my credit card and so months later I got a bill for (2) subscriptions that would not have happened if TDBank had cancelled my credit card as requested. Even though they researched my original call that stated to cancel all three accounts they did not cancel the credit card and said I was responsible for the charges. ****. I wont pay! Do your job TD Bank and take responsibility for you errors!Honest person tired of ***** better

      Long story short, interest rate not disclosed at time of balance transfer. Subsequently charged high interest rate after specifically addressing 0% offer. **************** unwilling to take responsibility and reverse charges. I paid account in full and closed it. I would warn others to stay far away from TD.

      TD Bank online help is the pits, long wait times and no service at all, rude employees as well as no call backs online from their help center. I find the bank is fast to charge you for items and slow to help you as well as slow on their deposits release time frame. The banking commission should check into the climbing complaints against this company. Not happy with their online service in which is just a big waste of time to most people who call them in talking to others about this bank

      What a complete disaster. I bought a car and financed it through TD Auto Finance in 2014. In 2019 I paid the car off . Now in 2025 when I'm going to get rid of my car I find out there's still a lien on my title.After making four separate requests for them to send me a letter saying that I no longer have a lien on my vehicle, I am now going to have to spend over $1,000 in Towing fees because they don't have the ability to interact with their title department. On the 28th of August 2025 I was told that my request on August 12th of 2025 was never properly submitted. Then I was told that they would do literally nothing to rectify this. They have no ability to send emails or faxes and have to send everything through the mail. And they certainly won't process your claim on the first try. Call back daily, call back bi-daily. Be really annoying, or else. I will never do business with this company ever again. What a disaster.Lastly, they literally do not care. They know they don't have to do anything to help you and they don't even pretend to try.

      The customer service at the ***************************************************************************** on August 5, 2025 was absolutely deplorable. I explained to the representative that I was in the military and needed two rolls of quarters to do laundry while I was here in ******* for a week on official government orders. He rudely told me that they would not condcut that type of transaction because I didnt have an account with this financial institution. I explained that I had my accounts through **** being an active duty military member. Rather than assist a customer with such a simple task, he tried to sell me a product and open an account. Unfortunately this does speak very highly for TD Bank as it quite simply shows that they DONT care for customer service but rather trying to enhance their quota. I would highly recommend taking your financial services to a professional institution that emphasizes customer care before anything. Unfortunately I will be exercising my freedom of speech and creating a mockery of this establishment and their complete lack of professionalism!!

      On July 7, 2025, I visited the *********** branch to access funds from a verified MVA settlement check that I deposited through the **** I was subjected to racial profiling by Assistant ********************* who questioned why I was in ********* and suggested I shouldve stayed in the *****. He refused to release my funds until I contacted a TD customer service representative, who confirmed my check was verified and filed an internal complaint on my behalf due to the way I was treated.I was then instructed to visit another branch, where the situation worsened. At ************, Assistant Manager ******* ********* refused to give me access to my verified funds, falsely claimed my check was fraudulent, and without cause or protocol:Reported my card lost or stolen while it was in my hand Had my account restricted without written notice Initiated a hold and investigation on cleared funds Made false statements to my attorney accusing me of trying to re-cash the check, damaging my reputationwe all know where this is gonna endthanks a lot TD
