Date of the transaction: February 18, 2021.The amount of money I paid to Southern Maryland Foot and Ankle: $55.52.The business committed to provide medical/supply: Right and Left Feet orthotics.The nature of the dispute: I did not receive the feet orthotics.Whether or not the business has tried to resolve the problem: No. the business has not tried to resolve the problem. Account: ******. Patient ID: ***************** paid for a pair of orthotics from Southern Maryland Foot and Ankle, located at ***********************************************, California, Maryland *****, and I did not receive them. This was ten months ago. I received a call from the officer January 12, 2022, and I was told I could get a new pair of orthotics. I explained to the assistance that I did not receive the first pair. I asked her to send me the ones I had already paid for. She indicated that she would not send them to me, nor give me a refund. I was told I would receive a call from the office after the orthotics were received in the office. I did not get a call from the office. I called the office weeks after I was fitted for the orthotics. I wrote a letter to Dr. J. P************** to let him know I did not get the orthotics. I made appointments to go by the office to pick-up the orthotics, but each time I went to the office, the orthotics were not there. I moved from Maryland about ten months ago, and I was told I had to come back to Maryland to get the orthotics I paid for. I would like a refund for $55.52.
