      Upon placement of the ***** ***** ************** Dining Room Set Sideboard, it was discovered that there was an approximately 15 inch gash in the top of the sideboard, caused by inadequate packing and placing/dragging other items on top while in the truck. Other items were noted and photographed as well, and immediately sent to *************************. ****************** sent the pictures to ********* Furniture Repair (On-Site Furniture Repair and Furniture Care | ********* ********* Furniture Repair. ************************************) . ********* could not accept the repair order. On July 4th, 2023, I emailed the completed claim form to *************************. On July 13th, I emailed to ****************** expressing my displease at the pace of the communications, and her failure to respond to our queries in a timely manner. On June 13th, ****************** sent me an email stating that ******* Furniture repair would be arriving at our house on August 15th.******** Furniture arrived on **************************************************************** repaired, and that full replacement was recommended. This was passed to ****************** in a conference call on August 15th with ****************** and ******** Furniture and ***************Monday, August 21, 2023, ****************** texted back to request patience for a few days due to a personal issue with her mothers illness. ****************** texted that she was waiting to hear if the company (Western) was going to pay the claim, or their insurance company. ****************** also texted that that she asked her co-worker to help with her projects in her absence. ****************** texted that she would provide the name of that co-worker later in the week. No further communication has been received as of Saturday, August 26, 2023. I requested that ****************** or her co-worker send me the amount being processed for the claim. On 28 Sep 2023, ****************** emailed that another estimator would contact us. No contact has been made as of 20 Oct 2023. Insurance claim not paid.
