Fradkin & Weber pa need to be investigated ASAP. They continue to come for me for a 10 year old loan from 2014 for the amount of $5k which I have paid back almost $20k total up to date and it is not making any sense. I took a $5k loan out in 2014 made payments on time up until I had a financial hardship in 2016. In 2017 I woke up to frozen bank accounts and a Garnishment order from the courts. First time hearing about them. Fradkin & Weber pa Never reached out prior, to try to come to an agreement to pay off the balance. From 2017 to 2018 they were garnishing my checks until I stopped working at that Job leaving a balance of $1,700. Never heard from them until 2019 when they took me back to court. I showed up to court and they did not. Never heard from them again until 2022 when I received a new garnishment order from the courts but I was no longer working at that employer. In 2023 I receive another garnishment order for almost another $7k.(wished the courts would work as hard on child support cases as they do cases like this one) They have been successfully garnishing my checks since the summer of 2023 and still are. I called today requesting copies of all the payments that have been taken and they said they send out monthly statements and will not send my request. I explained i have not received their monthly statements and even then I was told NO and repeated that they send monthly statements. How do I not have a right to see the amount of payments that have been made by me to them? I have no issues paying back what I owe and them some but at this point i feel as they are taking full advantage of me not questioning them. But now I have tons of questions that need Answers.

This debt collector is unreasonable. I requested that they prove that I owe a debt and the only thing I have received is a notice for garnishment of my wages. I do not power the original creditor that they claim I owe. I called the original creditor five times and each time they have told me I do not not have I ever had an account with them. I explained is it possible that they can’t see it because apparently this case is more than ten years old. They said even if the case had been closed they would still be able to see that I had a debt with them but they don’t see anything. I gave them different variations of my name and my social and nothing. I feel as though I am being robbed because this debt collector won’t even take the time to validate this debt with the creditor. I keep getting mail sent to a family member home in Maryland and I don’t live there.

It is hard to find a Maryland Collections Act violation in the last ten years that does not have ******* & *****, PA attached to it. There business is to buy junk debt, file a claim in court and attempt to land a judgement, using predatory collection tactics. They rely on you not to fight back, or claim they have served/contacted you, so they can get a judgment against you.

Know your rights under the Maryland Fair Debt Collection Act and the Federal Fair Debt Collection Act. There is a very good chance Fradkin and Weber will have violated your rights while trying to collect from you, and they are not above misrepresenting facts to attempt to get a judgement against you.

They constantly misrepresent service to your body or address to the courts. which means they are particularly practiced at this violating this Maryland Code §14-202 - false and misleading representations.

Deal with them in writing only, do not be afraid to file direct with the courts, if you counter sue, of file motions to dismiss, cite Re: L Marcia R. Hoffman v. Law Office of Fradkin & Weber, P.A., Case No. 1:19-cv-00163-CCB - It was the biggest action they lost, over 2733 claimants were found to have their collection rights violated. How this office still has its collection license, and its lawyers have not been debarred and in jail is a mystery..

Also, if you live out of the state of Maryland and they are trying to enforce a collection judgement, they do not have jurisdiction, (this is favorite tactic, see misrepresentation above) unless they file the claim in your state, in which the debt claim will have expired under your state statue of limitation laws.

File a motion for dismissal and keep on top of it, Fradkin and Weber, PA wants easy collections, not a fight. The more counter-suits the greater change we have of closing this predatory collection agency down.

They are money hunger and dont want to settling accounts that not even their account they bought my debit account that had 3,800 and want to take me to court for 9,000 upper which dont make since when they didn't even send me a collection letter or try to work with me to try to resolve my account they want to take me to court and have a fake server say that I was served when they never served me correctly they are liars and greedy for money
