I heard through a local radio add that Metro Men's Health could improve my "Erectile Dis-function" (ED) using the "Laser Piezo Energy Protocol" (LPEP) method of treatment. In my patient agreement document was a "Money Back Guarantee" provision. I was examined by a Dr. A. and it was determined that I was a good candidate for treatment. After a total of 16 LPEP treatments, there was no improvement in my ED. The refund for the cost of my treatment, $4900.00, was approved to June 3, 2021. I was told I could expect a refund check no later them August 12, 2021. It is now September 18, 2021 and I have yet to receive my refund. I was told by a Mr. Sam S. on September 8, 2021 while he was aware of this refund situation, he could not tell me when I could expect to receive said refund. Your help with this matter would be greatly appreciated.Business response

Consumer Response /* (3000, 5, 2021/09/23) */ I did not deal with the Tampa, FL location. I signed my deal at the 1122 Kenilworth Drive, Suite 400, Towson, MD 21204. I hope this doesn't throw a monkey wrench into my claim. Please let me know if there is anything I can do to help out my situation. Business Response /* (1000, 14, 2021/10/04) */ We certainly understand Mr. *****' concerns, and I have been working with him over the past few weeks regarding the status of his approved refund. He is correct in that his refund was initially scheduled to be disbursed on August 12th, 2021. Unfortunately there were some uncontrollable delays with the disbursement of funds, to which we reassured Mr. ***** that his refund would be processed in the coming weeks but could not provide a definitive date at that time. Presently, Mr. *****' refund in the amount of $4,900 is scheduled to be disbursed on Friday October 10th, 2021. We appreciate Mr. *****' continued patient in this matter over the next several days and hope this response is satisfactory while we bring this matter to a close. Regards, Sam S. Then yesterday, Monday, 10/9/21, I got a call from their Towson office, telling me that my check was there for me to pick up. I went there this morning, and after signing a letter releasing Metro Mens Health form any further claims, I received my check for $4900.00. I hope this is the end of this issue.
