      I Jeannie the breeder was Notified by Danielle Of WHIMSICAL POMS That the male puppy she got from me which was purchased on Sept. 2020 he checked out to be in excellent health at the time. to my surprise Danielle informed me that he had over time developed a underbite which some times does happened with young pups and some times the bite will correct itself However I told her she could send him back and be replaced with another puppy of her choice she said she rather take a partial refund and pet hm out. I did send her a partial refund . Next thing i know Danielle Of WHIMSICAL POMS has sold the little boy for much more than she paid me and i am hearing that the puppy arrived at a New home with broke leg/?? and was not in good health i not seen this puppy since he left my home as a young puppy almost a year later said with blood work puppy had Kidney problem ?? Kidney and or Liver problems from some toxins ? I ask Danielle if she used ********** on him indeed she had because she said she had fleas and ticks and her kennel backed up on a wooded area ......when I heard what had happened i suspected .********** .. I told her that i knew for a fact ********** has serious side effects to name a few Side effects Irritation or hair loss at the application site Vomiting Diarrhea Loss of appetite Lethargy Drooling Increased breathing rate Tremors Conjunctivitis Sneezing Fever Generalized itching Hives Weakness Seizures Muscle tremors Stumbling, incoordination Collapse have a toxic effect on the central nervous system ********** is also for heartworms , ticks and fleas for a tiny size dog and can be toxic ********** Not all dogs react especially bigger dogs I have seen older poms seizure because of ********** that had just been administered.

      We dealt with Whimsical Poms / Danielle ****** in order to purchase a Pomeranian puppy. We found them on their Facebook. We are in a different state so Danielle suggested and arranged a flight nanny to deliver him to us. He arrived in poor condition, his white fur was more of a light gray. The smell was terrible. Poor sweet baby was not well. We took him to the emergency veterinarian on the same day. Tests were run and revealed that he had advanced chronic kidney disease. The vet said it was either congenital or caused by exposure to a toxin prior to his arrival as it was very advanced. Also, his teeth and mouth were in the condition of a old dog. One of the veterinarians questioned what his actual age must be! We informed the seller and was not met with an explanation or ever given his prior medical records. She claimed he saw a vet while in her care, yet never shared any prove. We shared medical reports with her regularly. We incurred a substantial hospital bill and were made aware that our new puppy was dying. The seller said send him back at your expense of about $500 with flight nanny. Veterinarian said he shouldn't fly in his condition and required subcutaneous fluids daily. Which is a needle inserted into his upper back and the IV line provided him with essential fluids to help him survive. Well one month later he passed away. We are devastated. The seller upon my mention of pet lemon laws and seeking legal action did issue a refund. However, we had incurred medical bills and invested in flight nanny that amounts to so much more. Not to mention the grief that our family experienced losing a new puppy that we loved. Be warned!

      I (Danielle ******) did NOT breed the dog stated above. The dog was bred by JEANNIE ******** - POMANGELS ANGELTOUCH POMERANIANS IN ALABAMA. This Pom was originally purchased for breeding but developed an underbite as he got older. He was sold to this family with the prior knowledge that he was originally purchased from another breeder and that we could not sell him with any kind of health guarantee. This puppy was vet checked while in my care for a wellness exam when he was about 3 months old. Vets do not run bloodwork on puppies this young unless there is reason to do so and there wasn't at the time. Puppy checked out healthy and normal.
      He was sold at 7 months old to ******** and J**** ******* (mother & daughter) Right after receiving the dog we were notified that he had broken his leg the first day while in their care which is what prompted the initial emergency vet visit and bloodwork which showed he had a possible kidney issue but further testing needed done to confirm. We asked for all vet records and permission to speak to the vet to get a better understanding of what was going on. Communication was off and on with the family at this time and we were not getting the full details.
      I immediately offered sympathy for this situation as we had absolutely no idea he had a health condition. We told the family they could return the dog for a full refund so we could make this right. Once I was aware that it was not in his best interest to fly back I still made it right by refunding this woman her money back for the dog. The purchase price for the puppy was $1650. I refunded ******** ******* $2000.
      I kept in contact with this family for the last almost 5 months up until Marlon lost his battle. I expressed deep condolences to their family for everything that had happened. Right after Marlon passed ******* was contacting me multiple times wanting me to contact the breeder of marlon, Jeannie ******** because she offered to sell me a puppy as a replacement at a discounted price. She would not sell a puppy to ******** ******* as she was not the initial buyer of Marlon. I did not need or want another puppy from this breeder. ******** wanted me to go behind the breeders back and purchase a dog for her. I declined to do that and this is when the retaliation started with ******** ******* and her daughter J**** ******* blasting my name all over social media in the interest about this heartbreaking situation that I tried my best to make right. I have all text and emails that were exchanged to validate.
