    I made 2 purchases from Fila.com on December 2, I have have emailed Fila several times then called them. They do not do return on final sales. They told me I can donate the 4 pair of sneakers that I have purchased from them. I paid my hard earn money . Fila refused to send me a return label to get my money back.

    I have always worn sports/tennis/running shoes by *** ******** ***** *****, etc. for years, but 7 months ago I bought Fila shoes on ******, but their soles wore through in 6 months.
    I file a quality claim on Fila website (ref:_00D1Uy27y._5001U12new5:ref), but they quickly rejected it.
    I hope that customers will learn about their low quality on their own experience.
    As for me, I bought Fila for the first and LAST time.

    Order made on Dec 16� not getting any information until Jan 12 to ask me wait or cancel the order myself. Very bad shopping experience with this company. Would never buy again.

    I ordered 2 pairs of sneakers for a Christmas gift December 15 2022 .I have not yet received them. I have called several times and no answer. I was on hold for a 1 hour and 45min. I have sent emails with no response back. I looked on the fila website only to learn there are so many others like myself. I'm reaching out to you for your help

    I placed an order with FILA online 12/10/2022. Reached out to customer service twice asking for shipment status. STILL NO REPLY. This is not a good sign, looking for shipping details asap please.

    I placed an order with Fila on Dec.3,2022 for two pairs of shoes. It is now Dec. 29, 2022. I have waited the 10-13 days for shipping and there has been NO updated status. It's alway in process. I have written emails, waited on the customer service line, chosen call back options, and still NO representation. I am so disappointed in how Fila has treated well paying customers and others need to know. If you respond to me, how do you know who I am? How will you contact me to make this right?

    Ordered two pairs of sneakers on 12/4/22 and got an update on 12/9/22 that there would be delays in processing because of the high demand in orders. Today is 12/28/22 and I have yet to receive my shoes. In fact it says my order is still in process. I filed an inquiry and was told someone would respond within 24-48 hours and no one responded. As I'm writing this review I've been on hold with customer service for 56 minutes. I have no idea what I'm supposed to do. I spent money on these shoes and all I want is to receive them. I will not be ordering from them in the future.

    I placed an order on December 11, 2022 and another order on December 15 and it is now December 27, 2022 and I still have not received my orders or even an update by email on my order. The first time I called an agent told me it should be shipping out in a day... that was 8 days ago and the status still remains "in process". I think this is ridiculous not to send some sort of update if the order is more than 7 days late. Every time I call I am on hold for and hour and can't wait much longer for a response. I even asked for a call back and never received it. This is the worst experience I've ever had with a business. It certainly will be my last.

    Never buy from fila! They take money! Every thing that has been written in these reviews is true! And why do they not have customer support on the weekends? White collar crook establishment
