      Worst credit company, closed my account without any notofication even though I was positive with them. They closed my account for 6 months inactivity, not fair!! They take points from my credit scores for this..do not engage with them..

      Randomly got a very muffled, rushed and unclear voicemail where I couldn't even hear the company or caller's name, stating "we are working on behalf of your mortgage company and we need additional information" and listed a random "file number" that I would "provide to anyone". If that were the case, my mortgage company who I have talked to multiple in the last 2 days would be asking me. These scams are getting ridiculous nowadays.

      I have been working very hard on my credit. I just checked my report and this company had pulled my credit which as a hard pull. I do not even know what this is!!! I would like this removed ASAP!! Or I will be taking this to my attorney!

      I received an email that they attempted to run a credit check on me without my consent. I have no idea how they obtained my information, luckily I have my credit locked so they didn't see anything. I emailed them letting them know someone fraudulently ran my credit but didn't hear back.

If you are calling in regarding a customer service supplement issue the best extension is 1400. If you have a concern regarding your credit report or if you have seen Credit Plus on your credit history, the best extension is 1800.       I don't know why you are calling so your answer doesn't help. Your system called me at a few minutes to 9 AM PST two days in a row and was silent. Nobody on the line just silence.

      We would be reaching out to you most likely about a credit supplement at the request of our mortgage company client. If you are currently working with a mortgage company that would be the purpose of our call. Based on your complaint to us, it is possible that our company was not attempting to contact you. Our contact phone numbers would be 800-258-3488 or XXX-XXX-XXXX, if you are not receiving calls from those numbers, we would not have been calling you. We do not "cold call" consumers in an attempt to sell a product or provide financial or credit advice.

      Got a call from these people. I am in a mortgage loan process right now and they called in regard to my mortgage and credit score saying my bank has sent information to them to update my credit for my loan to be approved. Instant red flag. Contacted my bank and this indeed was a lie and my bank stated that you people are a scam. You can even see by their response that they are a scam. Phishing is what they are doing. I hope you get to read this before giving any information to them.

      Credit Plus provides credit and verification services to mortgage company clients to assist consumers with mortgage loans. From our records it appears your report was pulled by First United Bank and Trust on 10/04/21 by ******* ******* We received a request from Meredith Parker in their office on 1/12 to update your mortgage loan with US Bank Home Mortgage as part of their loan process.

      Please advise us who at First United advised you this was a scam so that we may contact them about their submitted request.

      We contacted Douglas O. and he told us to ignore your call because it was a scam. Your voicemail alone that your people leave sounds like a scam in itself. We already gave all of our information, why would we need to give additional information? Answer me that..

      I have been getting harassing phone calls. They are leaving voicemails stating I contacted them for financial assistance. I have never contact this company for any assistance. I would like to know where they received my information. Stop calling and leaving voicemails immediately!!!

      This company called to thank me for applying for financial assistance on-line. I never heard of this company and I never applied for financial assistance from them. The number they called from a 207 are code. The person who called said she was from Credit Plus. She provided an 888 number for me to call. I don't know if they have pulled my credit report because it is locked but I really getting frustrated with people trying to rip me off..
