Extremely Disappointed - If I could only give a negative star, i would! It is bad enough they sent me a variety if tomato's that were supposed to be all 1021's, but when I reached out to them, they were soooo rude! Asked me to send pictures and said " I asked you to send 2 pictures, not 40 pictures" So I replied that they were being sarcastic and unprofessional, and still no response! The Broccoli was also incorrect, but it was eatable., This affected 40+ plants each!Review from mike m

Rip off. They have low prices but the seed pack has very few seeds. Then their shipping is off the wall expensive. I placed an order on 10/31/22 and in the comments section I complained about the shipping cost. They emailed me with an order cancellation. Reason? Customer complained about high shipping cost.Review from Doug M

Will never buy from Reimer Seeds again. Shipped me seeds that were at least two years old. Very poor germination rates. When I called to complain they were rude and told me that it was my fault. I've been gardening more than 50 years and I can tell you that it was not my fault that the seed packet labels were from two years before.Review from Jeanette B

Was once a great seed supplier. I was a 20+ year customer. Started having problems with seed germination with my orders in 2017 and even with the management changes things have have been worse. I have given up on ordering from them. A great selection does not help if the seeds do not germinate.Review from Donna S

Their website does not have a telephone number for Customer Service or to place an order. Order must be placed via their "Secure Online Service". Once I placed the order, I received a notice stating it was the 3rd time they'd tried to contact me and threatening if I did not respond immediately they were cancelling my order. I used a credit card to place the order. Their email stated I was required to send them a photocopy of the front and back (signed) credit card to "help reduce fraud". I have NEVER been asked for an emailed copy of my cc from anyone I've made purchases through. I attempted to respond to their email, but they ignored me. I've now received a notice they've cancelled my order and now that sale is over I "can place the order again using a credit card through PayPal". Too many Red Flags to even consider attempting to purchase from this company!Review from Sharen M

BUYER BEWARE! VERY DISAPPOINTED! NONE OF THE SEEDS I PLANTED FROM THEM CAME UP...Although the seeds i saved from last year...>ALL came up...I did the survey, they said everything I did was wrong...I have been planting seeds for 40 years! never had a problem before...I have recently bought seeds from 2 other companies...ALL their seeds came up! left a one star, because there was not a negative star.Review from Keith F

I ordered seeds from Reimers for the first time this season. Of five varieties that I ordered (three tomatoes and two eggplants). One of the eggplants grew just fine, the three tomatoes had germination of 0% and probably 10%, and the other eggplant was 0%. Now, I'm 74 years old and have been gardening since I was a young boy. I've germinated thousands of seeds during that time so I think I can say that I clearly know what I'm doing. Reimers seems seeds much cheaper that others, but there is not a doubt in my mind that they are seeds that are YEARS old. Never again.
