  CBJ did excellent work on our back porch repairs. We have a large screened-in porch, supported on timber columns. We discovered that those columns were completely rotten and had to be replaced, along with the concrete footers. CBJ gave us a fair price for the work and met our tight schedule to have the repairs done before a certain date. The crew was efficient and safety-conscious, with very good workmanship. They got the job done as quoted in the time they estimated. CBJ’s project manager was very knowledgeable and easy to work with.

  CBJ Home Improvement did an outstanding job replacing some rotted outdoor wood rails and porch support beams at my home. The owner was very gracious and wonderful to work with. The entire process from estimate to job completion was seamless and stress free. The quality of the work was exceptional, and I would definitely reach out again for any future projects. Highly recommend!

  Project was primarily the replacement of an old concrete 4x6 porch with brick, and a new concrete sidewalk to it (3' x 18'). The work began with the sidewalk, just a couple of days after the contract was signed, and removal of the top of the old porch 9 days after the signing. The concrete base of the old porch seemed solid, but it had developed a significant slant. Since its top was being prepared for concrete, I panicked a bit, concerned that bricks were simply going to be applied to the slanted base. But, of course, not so: a few days later a friendly chat with two workmen who were building up the new brick sides made clear that the top would be properly constructed, primarily level with the standard modest runoff slant. A few days later the porch was finished, 15 days after signing the contract (which stated "1-4 weeks").
  The new porch and sidewalk are beautiful, and there was no damage to the nearby bushes that I could see. The workmen I spoke with were polite and informative.
  I do not know about pricing, relying on CBJ's reputation to skip the arduous comparison-shopping process. The brick added about $3K to what a purely-concrete job would have cost.

  I have searched for several weeks to find someone to do my project. I didn’t want another contractor to tell me what I want to hear and do what they want to do. I came across CBJ Home Improvement on here (****) and they reached out right away. I talked to Shannon, the office manager who answered my questions honestly and she gave me phone numbers of their previous clients so I could vet them. So we decided to go for it. My husband and I just had our sidewalks and patio done by CBJ. I can honestly say they look better than I expected.
  They were Professional and full of integrity (which seems to be lacking in this world right now).
  They returned my phone calls and answered every question that I had.
  And the Mason’s that did the work were KIND and actually cleaned up after the job was done.
  Our neighbor next door was so impressed that they want CBJ home Improvement to do their sidewalks too!!
  We will definitely be using them again for our next project!

  We were very pleased with the workmanship. The project manager Christian was great and went out of his way to help pick out all materials. Workers were very organized and worked great. CBJ handled all problems that are older house had in a great manner. We highly recommend CBJ home improvement.

  I waited to write this review because I wanted it to rain first. That way, I can write about the outcome of our project and tell you my true feelings. I am beyond pleased with the final results of our project. We hired CBJ Marketing Group for a leak in the cellar that wasn't coming from the floor but in the area of the upper part of the door and the foundation. It's hard to explain, but we couldn't determine where the water was coming into the house from. CBJ, project manager ****, and his crew came in, assessed the problem, dug up the old concert, and laid down new cement sealing in every crack and cranny. We had two big storms, and I can honestly say, finally, no leaks.
